Dear sir
I am writing this letter to let you know about the misplaced card. I received one letter in the morning for giving about acknowledgment of receipt of a new bank card .
As I ordered to get the new bank card for doing online activities . I filled the form and bank assured me to get the card in 2 days but when I received the envelope , it was empty and no card was there . I was shocked as it contains my personal information and bank details. If someone got and misused that card , it would probably create a big problem for me .
It is the bank responsibility to check twice before sending it. I want immediately disable the card from the bank so anyone cannot able to use it and do not accept any payment request from anyone without my mandate .
Also please resend the card as it creates alot of issues for me in day-to-day work .
