The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to inform you that I have a problem with the bank card that you recently sent.
About 2 days ago, I found the letter from your bank to which I applied for a new bank card, which is necessary for my job. However, I want you to know that I received a new card that was missing from the envelope.
Moreover, when I opened the envelope, the card was missing, and I was dismayed to find it missing. Thus, I rapidly checked my letter box to identify whether it truly was not there.
Furthermore, let me know that, taking into consideration that it is not my fault , you will send another one or track it down. Also, considering that next month I will start to use it for my new occupation.
