Dear Sir,
I am Mark, a member of RBC Bank. Yesterday, I received a letter regarding the brand new bank card. But, when I opened the envelope, it was empty. The purpose of writing this letter is to submit a complaint about the misplaced card.
Last Sunday, I got a call from the bank that my debit card was going to expire soon. So, the bank would send me a new card, until then I would not be able to perform any card transactions. But, the envelope that I got was empty, and I am still unable to do any transactions. Moreover, I am worried about my missing card; what if someone might use it fraudulently?
I would be very appreciative if you would block my new card and issue me a replacement card. Because it is very difficult for me to survive without a debit card.
Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours Sincerely,
Mark.
