Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the missing debit card that was not enclosed with the letter I received yesterday. This is an urgent matter as the bank card could be in the wrong person’s hands.
I received a letter from your bank yesterday. When I opened the envelope, I did not see my new bank card. Unfortunately, there was no card in the envelope. I checked around the mailbox, but there was nothing there. Now I am really concerned about my missing debit card because someone could steal my money.
For this reason, I would appreciate it if you could cancel the missing card immediately in order to protect my money in order to avoid any misuse. After it has been cancelled, I will need a new one as soon as possible because I will be traveling to Japan next month.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
John Smith
