I regret to inform you that my recent experience with your Electronic Juicer has been highly disappointing. I bought the product from your outlet last Wednesday. I was so pleased to watch the falsely advertisement on your display about the Juicer, so I decided to acquire more information about the product. Your salesperson assured me that the product was of high quality and convenience me to buy it. As soon as I tried to blend the items, it shattered all the blades and burned the plug. Not only does the issue cause considerable inconvenience, but it also fails to meet the expected standard of service.
I find it utterly unacceptable that such negligence has taken place. The product was far below substandard and highly appalling. With the usage of your deficient and faulty product, I invited unforeseen complications of the electric circuit of my house. Moreover, an erroneous charge appeared on my bill. I contacted your help desk and found the incompetent staff, who could not even resolve a small issue. My bill reference is XY345.
