Dear Brijal,

I hope you are doing well. It has been a long time since we last spoke, so I wanted to share some exciting news with you.

I recently got my dream job in the gaming industry with a decent salary. However, one of the conditions is that I need to work from the office, and commuting from my previous home was very time-consuming. Therefore, I decided to move to a new house closer to my workplace.

My new place is a one-bedroom basement with an attached bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. It also has a small backyard, which I absolutely love because I enjoy gardening in my free time. Another great advantage is that my new home is very close to your place.

I would love to invite you and Shiv to come over this weekend. We can have a barbecue, and I’ll make sure to keep your favourite snacks ready.
