Dear Nancy,

I hope this letter finds your well. The reason why I am writing is to tell you the news about moving home and invite you to my new flat.

As you already know, my university is far away from where I live. And due to that my commute used to consume a lot of my time. I couldn’t spend much time on other things. In addtion, my commute used to take a lot of time and the traffic jam on the road was getting worse. This makes me feel tired every time I go to school and come home.

My new place is completely different from the previous one. It has a modern kitchen with a brand-new fridge, and a wonderful balcon. Also, the rent is cheaper, so I believe that changing my flat is one of the best decisions I have made.

This weekend, I have arranged a small party for my close friends and a few relatives. I’ll be so happy if you can join us. I’ve attached an invitation card along with it in which you can find my new address. I look forward to your arrival and being a companion to travel around the city with me.
