Dear sir / madam

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the recent purchase i made from your website. Last week , i ordered a remote control car for my younger brother .

Unfortunately, the was delivered to me last night , but when i opened the pakage i found the remote is broken into two different parts .Without remote i am not able to run the car .

The pakage was not properly paked , that is the big reason for the damaged . Since, this toy is not playable any more , so that would be very greatfull , if you can replace this with the new one or you can arrage the refund for me .

Thanks for your cooperation on this metter , looking forward to hearing from you .
