I am writing to formally address some concerns regarding a recent purchase from your online store. I ordered a toy helicopter after coming across its promotional advertisement on social media, as it seemed like a high-quality product. The helicopter, which is midnight blue and designed for remote control operation, was intended as a gift for my nephew.
While the delivery process was seamless, I was disappointed to discover that the product was defective upon arrival. The left side of the helicopter was severely damaged, rendering it inoperable. Additionally, the battery was completely non-functional, despite the product being marketed as premium quality.
Given these issues, I kindly request either a replacement unit or a partial refund of at least 50% of the purchase price. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will take appropriate action to resolve this matter promptly.
