Dear sir

My name is Mansi Parmar, on of your customer. I ordered a toy from your store on March 21, 2025 and It was delivered to me on the march 25,2025 which is faulty. Here I am complaining on it. My order number is R123456 for your reference.

I bought a remote control car which was not controlling by remote properly. I tried by using new batteries but still the same issues happening. I don’t understand what to do? Please suggest the policy of return and try to do some repairing otherwise provide a brand new piece as per your service policy.
