Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regard to a toy purchased from your online shop,but the delivered product is

faulty.

Few days ago i purchased a beautiful remote controlled car from your shop through online. order number was DC-121,it was a red colour remote controlled car. I bought it for my son, when i received the package my son was really excited. unfortunately when the package opened the excitement turned in to a disaster. its tyres were damaged, not in running condition and also windows crushed in to pieces. It was a gift for his birthday.

I think the reason behind this could be the poor packaging. the components of the car should be packed separately with a strong plastic material. when i received the package from courier company the carton box was broken. which shows the product was packed with low quality material.

I would like to replace the product with a new one. If it is not possible i would like to refund the money.
