Dear Mr. Thompson,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the gardening service you performed last Thursday at my house. As I walked through my garden this Friday morning, I noticed that you cut the unpopped flower bulbs from my flower beds and stepped on my tomato plants in my lemon orchard killing the majority of them.
These two issues mean that I will not have any insects to pollinate the rest of my garden during spring and that I will not have any tomatoes for summer. This is a matter of concern as they are an important source of food for my family and a potential source of income.
I would like you to return this week and fix the damages that you caused to my garden. I believe you can start by planting new tomato seedlings in the lemon orchard and planting additional flowers that would bloom earlier this spring.
Best regards,
Ernesto Garcia
