Dear Mr.Smith

l want to tell you about the situation with your company. l turned to your company for help with my kitchen renovation. Unfortunately the work wasn’t done immediately by the time, and work have a small mistakes.

Firstly, the stove doesn’t turn on, l asked your employers to help with electricity, but after their task it doesn’t work yet. I don’t know how to cook food for my husband and kids.

Secondly workers don’t have done their mission by the time. According to our contract ,the renevation was supposed to be done by October 10th, but your team had already finished it yesterday, at October 26th. thew finished it for the two weeks later.And your team was really rude,it’s unprofessional attitude for your firm.

Because of this l still have many problems to this days.Me and my family need to have eat outside, and we spend a lot of money it’s very expensive and uncomfortable.
