Dear Sir ,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am not satisfied with my current living situation. Though am fine with the accommodation itself I find difficult to be with my new Inmate. He is becoming intorable each day and I am finding it hard to concentrate on my studies

Let me explain the situation. The trouble stated when my new inmate moved in couple of weeks ago. He plays extensively lourd music , watches movies and games on his laptop on speakers. Even though i have asked him many time to keep the sound down he refuses to be considerate of my requests.

I would like to move to an another room where my inmate is quiet or considerate of other, else i would like my current inmate to be transfered to another room . I hope you understand my situation and do the needful.
