Dear Sir / Madam,

I hope this email finds you well.

Yesterday I saw the information about volunteering in Cultural Expeditions and realized that it perfectly aligns with my main subject in the University. This program will help me get deep into the museum world and to see the ins and outs of this work.

As a student studying art culture with the main in contemporary fine arts I believe that might be most useful assisting in an art museum, helping people to understand beauty of art works and telling all the great stories the authors and the circumstances of creating the item.

I am eager to spend all the time when I am not studying or do my assignments volunteering. I believe that I could volunteer from 2 to 5 hours a week including weekends.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon and really hope that I might be of help for your company.

Yours sincerely,

Kate Volkova
