Dear Mr. Adam Smith

I am writing this letter to inform you that I need to get some time off from my work for my personal reasons.

I can not control my time management. As you know, my mother is sick and she has high-blood pressure. Yesterday we went together doctor. Doctor said that me ” your mother health is not balance. We can offer an operation frequently your mother heart is slowly. You should stand there.” I forced to stand here so I could not arrive my work in time.

On the other hand, I have been studying my PhD working. I should finish and submit my thesis frequently. Because the time is limited. If I can not submit my scientific work I can not obtain PhD diploma. This diploma is vital for me.

I hope you can understand my situation. If my works is getting better I will definitely return my job. I look forward your response.
