Dear Bank Manager,
I’m writing this letter to bring to your attention about a negligency caused by the bank for delaying to deliver a chequebook which was ordered a week ago.
Basically, the application for new chequebook was given on 15th of March last week by visiting the bank personally myself. One of the clerk in the bank helped me to do the process of filing the form for issuing the new chequebook and assured that the book will be received by 22nd of March. But, now it’s 25th of March and yet I did’nt received any courier. Meanwhile, the bank has sent me a message staying that, it will take a week more to receive the chequebook.
Apparently, this shows dissatifying efficiency of the bank employees towards the public. Therefore, I wanted to know, what is the status of my chequebook and when can I expect the estimated date of delivery. Additionally, I also want to know, as a manager what kind of action is going to be taken for this matter.
Kindly accept my letter and do needful as soon as possible without much delay anymore.
