With due respect, I am in the one of your loyal customers of your home branch which availing the services since 2015 and I am going to write a letter regarding the dissatisfaction of your bank services.

My name is smith edan and my account number is 200436. In order to get my cheque book at my door step, I had words with your one of team mate on Tuesday,3:30pm date-11/01/2026 and sent an e-mail to on his official mail id which is – deanservice.axis.in.

furthermore, after completing all the necessary procedure and formality, representative promised me that I will get my cheque book with in a week and certain reminder and mail are sent by my side as a reminder but false commitment made by the person.
