I am an account holder in your bank and use banking services frequently. Two weeks ago, I found out that my cheque book is empty, so I decided to order a new one online via the bank website. The process was was quite simple and I also paid a fee for faster postal delivery as well. However, I have not heard anything from the bank, neither the cheque book nor the reason of delay in delivery.
I have an account in your bank for 10 years and have always performed my due diligences of paying montly fees. Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly update me about the status of my application. It would be kind of you to tell me that how many more days will it take for me to get my cheque book as I require it on regular basis for my business payments.
It would be extremely kind of you if can take an action in this matter and inform me about it so I can plan my future payments accordingly. I hope you consider my request and help me out.
