I am writing to you to complain about the undelivered cheque book.
It was ordered 2 weeks ago via the bank’s website. I completed the required form indicating all desirable features for cheques, subsequently confirming my current address and cell phone number. Following the online instructions, I submitted my request.
Based on the instructions, I should have expected the delivery within seven days. As I mentioned above, it has been 14 days already. I would like to know, can you expedite my order, if it was shipped or not. Hence, if it was not, I would like you to help me to order a cheque book again, but I prefer to arrange it with a bank representative.
Please let me know, if you are able to find any information related to my order, and what way is the best to ensure proper order and delivery of cheque book.
