I am Ramzia Hassani, one of your permanent customers. I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding to my new cheque book.
Two weeks ago I have sent an email to your organization about my new cheque book. I ordered my cheque book but they did not respond my email yet. To be honest it was out of my expectation As before that I always received it on time and this time when I did not receive any email it became one of my big concen.
I would therfore like to let me know how long I should wait. And exactly when I will receive my cheque book. If it past from due date I will not pay any kind of fine as it is not my fault.
I would kindly request that you should talk with your staff that we will not sufer from these kind of problem in the future. and I want to remine again that if there will be any penality I would not pay it As your staff did not do their job well.
