The reason of writing this letter that last three weeks ago, I placed an order online on your company’s website. I want to bring to your attention that your parcel was supposed to be delivered within three weeks, but time has been over, and I still have not received any information about the item.
I tried sending an email last week to explain the situation and requesting for information that please send me tracking number or other hint about my item. However, there was no response from your staff and company person directly, which has made me so upset and disappointed. This is poor service from your website. I will comment on your page for your service.
Kindly forward the item as soon as possible and I would also like compensation for the delay delivery in the from of a credit card.
I hope you understand my situation and will look into this matter personally.
