Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your kind attention towards an item that I ordered few weeks ago but is not delivered yet.I booked a hair dryer from your online website on 15 March,2025.The reference number of the order is WD4358712.It was expected to deliver on 2025-03-17 but nothing has arrived till the date.

I emailed regarding the situation to the shop but I did not receive any reply.When I gave a call,one of your staff talked very rudely and shoutingly said that it was already delivered after my order confirmation date.After behaving so rudely, he cut the phone without hearing my side of story. I did not experience this type of behaviour in my whole life.Your customer as well as delivery service are not upto mark.

It should be very grateful if you take effective steps towards this situation.In last all I want is to deliver my order immediately or refund my money.I shall be very grateful to you.
