Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding an online purchase that I had made a few weeks ago. I was notified that the item will take about two days to be delivered but despite the due date, I have not received any deliveries. In spite of all that, even the emails that I had sent a few days prior seems to have gone unchecked.
My order was palced on 26 April 2025 through your online platform, and at the time of checkout, the delievry date was two days from then. Despite, the passing of the specified date, the item was nowhere to be seen. The confusing sight was in the order details page where, it showed that the item had been delivered.
It’s regrettable to say that, the customer service of your establishment is unsatisfactory. None of the staffs seem to respond to neither the emails nor the left messages. Even the AI chat bot implement to help seems to be of substandard quality.
I would be content if you could deliveyr my item as soon as possible, if not I would like to be reimbursed for the purchase.
