I am writing this letter to show my disappointment about your online service.
Three weeks ago, I orderd a book at your online portal that should be recieved within two weeks, from order placed. However, I have not received my parcel yet.
I had sent an emails to your customers repersentative regarding this delay but, still I am waiting for a response. This kind of unprofessional behaviour would break the customer relation.
I would like an promptly action on this matter. Please, process my delivery on early basis or refund me, if the company is unable to complete this order in next couple of days.
I am looking forward to hearing from your side.
