Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the item I purchesed from your online site.

First of all, I ordred Hot Wheel Cars three weeks ago from you Black Friday online sale. They promised to deliver within 5 working days. unfortunately have not recived anything yet.

Futhermore, I contacted the shop regarding the dealy they grantied to deliver it in couple of days. decpites, that I totally dissapointed that items are stii not being deliverd. After two weeks I emailed your Manager but have not recived any reply in return. Which shows your lack of accurancy to customers.

I would like a fully refund if it is unable for you all to deliver the items whithin this week. Also I would like to suggest you to look forward to check in your delivery problems and fix it immediately.
