I am writing to express my disappointment about purchasing a damaged product I purchased from your company. When I received the item, I found that item was defective and not in proper condition. I was shocked when I open packaging and it was damaged so it could not be used. It did not meet my expectation as I have purchased this product multiple times before any issues. I have always trusted the quality of your products. This is the first time I have received faulty product.
I am requesting a full refund for the item. I believe this request is reasonable as the product is not suitable with quality standards and usable. I consider this request is fair regarding the condition of the item.
I would like to arrange the return of the damaged item. I would appreciate if you could provide the instructions how to return it, including any necessary return labels, procedures or timelines that I should follow.
