Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing this as one your previous tenants regarding my money back which I deposited for security purposes while I rented your apartment in 28A, Delta Street in April 2023 for 10 months.

It has been 4 months that I’ve left your apartment in a well organised condition. You explained to me in ‘terms and conditions’ column of the contract that the additional money which you asked for, was to be paid back within 2 weeks after my departure if no damage is done to the furniture. I still did not get any cashback in my bank statements that’s why, I request you to consider paying back my fund as it is already too late.

In case of your further ignorance about my concern I would be compelled to take the mutually signed tenant contract to my lawyer for legal help.

I’m looking forward to hear your response and expect you to not let us go through law proceedings.
