Dear John,

I am writing this letter to inform you that i cannot help you at the moving, because i have faced some unexpected situations related to my work. Honestly, i am so sorry for not accomplishing my promise.

Yesterday while i was at work as a normal, accidentally, my boss assigned me to participate in the meeting , which will be held in London on the next Wednesday, as the representative of the company. Actually, i could’t reject this resolution because it doesn’t depend on my opinion. This unplanned assignment is uncomfortable for me also, but i had to obey to my boss request. As an apologise, i will bring some memorable souviners to you to complete new home. Moreover, after coming back home, i will help you in completing your new house with necessary furnitures.
