Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my interest to know about my problem with the bank account.

Firstly, I want you to know the number account is 24224, which I use frecuenly for one of my business. I am thinking about all the payments that will come and if I am going to recover the money into the account.

Please, I need an legal inform about the reason for the bank is taking this decision. Furthermore, I would like to talk with someone to solve this problem because is one of my tool for my work.
