I am writing to let you know that,I have forgotten some important documents during a meeting at your hotel.
The area of stay allotted to me was room number 45, which is next to the elevator shaft room. The documents were with me during the span of meeting and afterwards, I have kept them in the wardrobe in the living room and have exited your premises.
Those piece of papers were audited financial statements of my company that consists of profit and loss statements and balance sheet, which are considered the financial backbone of the organization. Therefore, the accounting department has notified me to submit the documents as soon as my visit in your hotel ends.
I request you to accommodate with me in getting those documents, and require you to contact the front desk employees, and inquire if there has been any reservation made for other guests. If so, then would require your help to contact them and get the reports as early as possible.
I hope you understand my problem and assist me in getting those papers.
