Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to inform that i am attending the housekeeping trainning workshop last 3 months which is provided by the kantipur institute which is very beneficial for me.

I was joined the housekeeping trainning workshop 1st january of 2026 which is located in the heart of the kathmandu city near the baneshor area. During the workshop I learned so many things about the housekeeping like, how to clean the room and public area, and how to manage the time and how to make the guest room bed and I know about the different types of chemical and their useses of area and I learned about the guest satisfaction and customer service. Moreover this workshop really healp me right now because currently I am working hotel as a housekeep.

Althought, if you want you work in the housekeeping department you would attend this course and if any employees taken this course offcourse it’s could be beneficial for company too.

In conclusion, housekeeping course or workshop really helps to the employees and company.
