Hi Alana! I’m glad to text you back! I’d like to discuss the cosmetic store you suggested. Unfortunately, my experience there was horrible. The first thing that surprised me was how it could be nice for you when I found the staff to be incredibly rude. I wasn’t even able to try any testers, which left me feeling confused and uncomfortable while trying to choose my cosmetics.

Secondly, the consultant who was supposed to assist me offered me a tiny and expensive cream that caused an allergic reaction and made my skin look unhealthy. I was ready to complain and request a refund, but they refused. All I could do was leave a negative review about the store. Overall, I can say that they did not meet my expectations and were not as good as you described. They were irresponsible and careless towards their customers.

As a result, I will never return to that store. Instead, I can recommend a more accessible place where you can easily find what you need without any problems or stress. This store, called ‘Golden Apple,’ offers discounts every month and has a great reputation among customers.
