Hi John,

I am writing you to express my dissatifaction about the Amazon Web Service workshop.

Currently I am working as program developer and eagar to learn about AWS. I noticed an advertisement in Google about your workshop and attended the Amazon Web Service hands-on workshop at Mississauga conducted on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025.

I am disappointed with the artificial intelligence topics covered and hands-on training given on the workshop. At the end of the day, most of the topics were skipped and not provided enough information. For example, The agentic AI topic was entirely skipped.

I would like to get the refund for the amount I have paid for the workshop. Also, I have travelled and booked an hotel to attend your workshop. It would be great if you reimburse my accommodation amount of $200.
