Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a photography workshop I attended at your community center on 15 February.
The workshop, titled “Fundamentals of Digital Photography,” initially appeared promising. However, I found several aspects of the session unsatisfactory. Firstly, the content was overly basic and did not align with the intermediate level advertised. Much of the time was spent explaining elementary concepts, such as camera modes, which many participants were already familiar with. In addition, the session lacked structure, as the instructor frequently deviated from the schedule, resulting in limited hands-on practice.
To improve future workshops, I would suggest clearly indicating the expected skill level in promotional materials to ensure appropriate audience targeting. Furthermore, incorporating a more structured lesson plan, along with practical exercises, would greatly enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration when organizing future events.
Yours faithfully,
B
