Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Carolina. I recently attended an excellent workshop given by the community center about Russian cousine.

I am writing to you in order to express my profound gratitude for organizing the workshop, it was very noticeable that the instructors had put an impressive amount of care, attention and enthusiasm on it. I appreciated that everyone could bring a dish request with them and that the ones that were sorted, got explained in deepth of detail, step by step.

In this wonderful workshop I finally learned the recipe and it´s tips and tricks on how to prepare pierogis. A very Russian dish that my grandmother used to cook for my family when I was little. Moreover, because of that, I will be able to continue with the family tradition of homemade pierogi making this next Orthodox Christian Easter.

In addition, I would like to suggest a few more topics for future workshops, such as other kinds of cousines. I have noticed that the Indian community in our neighbourhood is abundant and I thought that this could encourage them to join this beautiful facility.
