Dear Sir/Madam,

I writing this letter in regard to apologize due to my early departure from the poem writing work which was hosted at local community centre of our city. Additionally I would like to volunteer in future workshops.

Firstly, I would like to apologize for my sudden exit from the the event, and knowing that it not professional, I am extremely ashamed of myself.The Reason for my disappearsion was the medical emergency that needed my attention.As, my sister met a car accident few weeks ago ,she was admitted to hospital and while Mr. Brown was briefing about event , I was notified that my sister need an urgent surgery due to serious medical condition.

Therefore I had to leave in middle of worshop and I would like to request the video recording of the event and along with that, I would like to express my interest in helping hosting more workshops like this in future.
