I recently ordered a remote control car from your online store, Kids Toy Collection, through Amazon. I would like to bring to your attention that the product I received is unfortunately faulty. The car is a vibrant blue color, featuring two headlights at the front and taillights at the back. It came with a remote control that seems to be functioning correctly.
However, upon trying to operate the car, I found that while the lights illuminate when I press the button, the car itself does not move in response to the remote commands. This issue is quite disappointing, as I had planned to gift this toy to my younger cousin for his birthday on February 20th.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request either a replacement for the faulty car or a full refund so that I can select a different gift. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
