Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to get a refund for one of the toys that I ordered from your shop. Recently, I received the parcel and when I opened it, I found that the toy was damaged.

My neiece is turning 1 next week. I placed an online order for two of your most famous toys, electric train and monkey with drums. The latter one is broken, I noticed the drum has been detached from the monkey. As it is a delicate toy, it is possible that the damage occurred during the shipping.

I am no longer interested in this toy. Lately, I was going through a website and came across a doll house. I would like to purchase that. So, I was hoping I can get a refund for the damaged item. I look forward to hearing from you.
