I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing this letter to make a complaint about the jacket that I purchased last Friday which got damaged when I reached my home, and your employee told me that the jacket is non-refundable. The problem with the jacket is as follows.
To begin with, my friend and I visited your store last Friday when there was a huge sale on jackets and hoodies. In addition to this, my eyes were caught by the Tommy Hilfiger Jacket, which costs
about $20, and I tried that piece of cloth in your shop’s trial room, and the Jacket was perfect at that moment. Additionally, when came back to my location, what I addressed was the front zip of the jacket was damaged, the lock of the zip was not there.
Moreover, after 2 days on Monday, when I took it back to your store to return it, the associate told me that the jacket is non-returnable. Not ony these, your employee started ignoring my query and was not listen to my problem.
Finally, I request that you make a refund of the jacket so that I can purchase from other company. If possible, please ask your team to behave in manners with the customer and try to listen the client’s problem.
Thank you for considering my request. I wish i get a refund as early as possible.
