Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to describe an issue of a jacket which I purchased from your clothing store. I went to your shop last Monday to buy a red jacket and it took me 1000 dollars to purchase it.

Unluckily, when I got home I relized that the jacket did not fit me and it was much bigger than my size. I visited your store again on next day to describe the problem and exchange the size of the jacket. Howerver I was informed by your staff that the jacket could not be returned. Although I fully understand your matter, I believe that I should be provided the option to return or exchange this item or anything else to solve this issue.

It would be grateful if you could give me a refund or exchange the jacket to size M.

I am really looking forward to your response.
