Dear Sir,

I am writing a letter to inform you that I visited your shop last month. I bought a new computer from there. It is HP brand and it’s light grey colour while, selected new piece that item. I checked all features.

After one month, while preparing my presentation suddenly it was shut down. I called the shop staff but they did not take any action. it was very disappointed about your service. I really need my laptop because nowadays, I am preparing presentations for my final exams.

I would like to request that these days are very significant for me and please help me to find out a solution. I want to change with new laptop if not possible please replace with other computer.

I will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness and will appreciate it.
