Dear Ralph Lauren team,

A few days ago I ordered a new jacket. It was the puffer jacket in the color black with the red logo. Today the parcel arrived but when I opened the package I was disappointed because I saw the jacket was damaged, there was a button missing from it. That’s why I am sending this mail to maybe get a compansation for the jacket because for the price of the jacket or even any jacket you expect that it’s will be in perfect Als u vragen heeft of een tegenbod stel ze gerust condition If u buy it new.
