Dear shop manager

I am writing this letter about your product. It did not work. I require that you will solve this issue soon.

That day, I bought microwave for my kitchen from your market. After I bought it, I used this equipment at my home. However it did not work. I tried hot my food. Although I adjusted it, it did not work.

In addition, I phoned many your shop. Moreover I send many messages to you. After I phoned many, your sales replied me. I told him all issues, however he told me all problems mice. Then Noone replied to my phone. On the other hand, I bought it to much money. I thought that it work well, because of it is very expensive.

Nevertheless, I did not refer to police. I hope that this equipment will be adjusted or it will be changed to other good equipment soon.
