Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am angel peter. A regular customer of your company. I never faced any issues regarding purchased of sports equipment. However, in my recent order I received problems. I will write letter to express my disappointment with your company.

I had ordered 1 pair of badminton along with shuttle cock. Furthermore, I had booked blue colour rackets with double net and plastic cock. Unfortunately, I received pink colour with single net with torn fathers. Because of dissatisfied with product can not participate in a tournament selection and for that I did lot of hard work. So my dream was not full feel.

I requested to company kindly replaced the equipment or provide refund with apology letter.
