I wish to draw your attention to a cricket kit I recently purchased from your online store, under the no. JSA5066, which was delivered to me on 2 November 2024. I apologize to inform you that on the first day of its use, the leg guard developed a crack rendering it inconvenient for further use. The player was wearing this leg guard unaware of its defect, and fell on the pitch during the match. Unfortunately, the leg guard developed a crack and the player has been injured in the knee.

As we have been trusting the quality of your goods and have been purchasing equipment from you over a long period of time, this experience has been disappointing. Therefore, I request that a deputy be assigned to investigate this situation and replace the defective leg guard with a good one as soon as possible.
