I am writing to complain about a stainless-steel water bottle that I purchased from your store last week. I bought this item on March 2 from the kitchen accessories section of your shop.
Unfortunately, the product appears to be defective. After using it for only two days, I noticed that the lid does not close properly, which causes water to leak from the bottle. As a result, I am unable to carry it in my bag without worrying that my belongings will get wet.
I would appreciate it if you could either replace the bottle with a new one or provide a full refund. I still have the receipt and the original packaging, and I would be happy to return the product to the store at your convenience.
