Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope this message finds you well. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the used-car that I purchased from your garage last Sunday. Although you have committed six months of warranty, I have noticed some critical problems in the car three days ago. Consequently, I tried to contact your workshop several times by different modes of communication, but I have not received any response yet. Hence, I choose to write this letter as the last option.
The engine of the car is not starting, while the fuel tank is full; most probably, a service of the engine is required. Moreover, after ten Kilometers of driving, I observed some noises and awkward vibrations, when the speed was below twenty kilometers per hour.
However, I hope, being a reputed second-hand car seller, you will try to address these issues in my car and will also try to ensure that your employees are attending all complaints effectively. Furthermore, if the car is not repairable, then provide me with a replacement.
I look forward to a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Subhas Kundu
