I am writing this letter for complaining about some issues which i faced. These problems are related to your store electronic product which i bought and does not work properly.
To be begin with, last day, when i was working with my laptop. I found some problems with it. Therefore, i decided to buy a new laptop from your computer store. I came back home with my new laptop and at that moment everything was good until i open it. I saw plenty of problems with it. Firstly, i noticed that the system of this laptop was not modern and the programs were extremely strange. Furthermore, there was not suitable charger in the box, that is why i could not use it.
From my perspective, it is a big problem. Hence, to conpensate for it, you have to do something. For instance, your store should return my money. Moreover, I require that you should give me another laptop.
