I am writing to make a complaint regarding the gaming laptop I ordered via your website two days ago. I have just recieved it from the delevering company ,and once I tried it I noticed a brighteness problem as the screen gets so dark and there are no adjustment options in the tools bar. Addtionally, It gets so hot and a warning message appears instantly after starting to connect it to the charger.

I am really frustrated because it was my birthday gift and I was yearning to enjoy it. I insist that you will replace this laptop with a new one as a compensation, and a fully refund for the delievery fees. otherwise, I would escalate the issue to the main branch in Cairo.
